Ragos CNC Press Brakes, Panel Benders & V-Grooving Machines
Sheet metal bending equipment from RAGOS, sold, installed and supported in North America by Tube Form Solutions.
About RAGOS
Founded in 2011, Foshan RAGOS NC Equipment Co., Ltd. builds more than 1,200 CNC machines a year from production bases in Guangdong, Jiangsu and Hebei, China, with R&D collaboration with Japan's NADIC Co., Ltd. The company designs, builds and supports CNC sheet metal equipment in-house, from compact all-electric press brakes to 640-ton dual-servo machines and fully automatic panel bending centers. Its machines serve sheet metal job shops, HVAC and appliance manufacturers, electrical enclosure builders, construction and architectural fabricators, and machinery OEMs.
Tube Form Solutions added RAGOS to round out our sheet metal offering alongside HSG fiber lasers. That means one partner for cutting and bending, with applications engineering, installation, training and service from our team in Elkhart, Indiana.
RAGOS Product Lines
Down-Acting Hybrid CNC Press Brakes (HG Series)
RAGOS's broadest line: single-servo hydraulic hybrid press brakes, from compact shop machines to heavy plate brakes, built for stability under load.
- 50 to 400 tons
- Bending lengths from 1,600 mm to 7,000 mm
- Popular sizes: HG-110 (110 t × 2,500 mm), HG-170, HG-220 and HG-320
Dual-Servo Hybrid Press Brakes (HM Series)
Dual-servo oil-electric press brakes that combine hydraulic force with servo pump control, using less energy than conventional hydraulics and running quieter.
- 80 to 640 tons
- Bending lengths from 2,500 mm to 6,400 mm
- HM-80-2500 through HM-640-6400
All-Electric Servo Press Brakes (NG Series)
Hydraulic-free press brakes driven entirely by servo motors. They offer clean, quiet operation with low energy use, and are well suited to small and medium precision parts.
- NG-2508: 25 t × 800 mm, six-axis all-electric
- Models up to the NG-8025 (80 t × 2,500 mm)
Up-Acting CNC Press Brakes (MG Series)
Up-acting hybrid CNC press brakes built for fast cycles and straightforward operation on everyday bending work.
- MG-1003, MG-3512, MG-5016, MG-6020 and MG-8025
- Compact through 80-ton class
Panel Benders (AG / AGP Series)
Automatic panel bending centers that form all four sides of a sheet with minimal handling. They are ideal for cabinets, enclosures, doors and appliance panels where consistency and labor savings matter.
- AG-1000, AG-1300 and AG-1500
- AGP-1500, AGP-2000, AGP-2500 and AGP-3200
- Up to 200 mm/s processing speed, ±0.01 mm repeatability
V-Grooving & Folding Machines (NVA / FG Series)
CNC V-grooving machines cut precise grooves before bending, allowing sharp, small-radius bends for architectural panels, signage, elevator and decorative metal. Flexible folding machines (FG/FGP) handle large panels and long flanges.
- NVA-3200, NVA-4200, NVA-5200 and NVA-6200
- FG / FGP flexible folding machines
RAGOS Panel Bender Specifications
RAGOS panel benders clamp the sheet, then rotate and position it automatically while upper and lower blades form each flange, upward, downward or flattened, without the operator flipping the part. Universal, auto-adapting tooling handles a wide range of box sizes without manual tool changes, so one operator can produce consistent cabinets, enclosures and panels from the first part.
| Model | Max bending length | CNC axes | Processing speed | Repeatability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AG-1000 | 1,000 mm | 8 (3 bending, 3 feeding, 2 positioning) | Up to 200 mm/s | ±0.01 mm |
| AG-1500 | 1,500 mm | 11 (6 bending, 3 feeding, 2 positioning) | Up to 200 mm/s | ±0.01 mm |
| AGP-1500 | 1,500 mm | 13 standard (up to 14 custom) | Up to 200 mm/s | ±0.01 mm |
- Control: Star300-LGx CNC with a 17" touch-screen display
- Drive: servo-driven hydraulic pump. RAGOS rates AGP-series energy savings at over 50% compared with conventional drives.
- Build: cast frame (QT500-7 / HT300) with HIWIN, Yintai or TBI guide rails and ball screws
- Automation: manual loading is standard, with automatic loading and unloading available
- Typical parts: electrical cabinets and enclosures, HVAC housings and covers, appliance panels, metal furniture, racks and shelving, and elevator doors and panels
Larger AGP-2000, AGP-2500 and AGP-3200 models are available. Contact us for full specifications, including sheet thickness capacity by material.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose a press brake or a panel bender?
Press brakes are the most flexible choice for varied parts and short runs. Panel benders shine on box-shaped parts such as cabinets, enclosures and panels, where they cut handling and operator skill requirements dramatically. We can review your part mix and recommend the better fit.
What is the advantage of an all-electric press brake?
All-electric machines like the NG Series have no hydraulic system, so there is no oil to change or leak, less heat and noise, and power is used only while the ram moves. They are well suited to small, precise parts.
How do RAGOS model numbers work?
Press brake model numbers indicate tonnage and bending length. For example, the HG-110-2500 is a 110-ton machine with a 2,500 mm bending length, and the NG-2508 is 25 tons with an 800 mm bending length.
Where can I get full specifications?
